If you remain completely still, the Bokoblins will never hit Link with an arrow. Stay completely still and do not press a button as you land. Fly to a slightly different spot and land. You can also use Revali's Gale to fly up and change positions. As long as the camera is positioned this way, all the arrows the Bokoblins fire will not hit Link and simply land on the ground around him.
